Nataliya Kuznetsova isn’t your average female bodybuilder

Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33-year-old bodybuilder, has a distinct perspective on staying fit. The professional Russian female bodybuilder is reputed to have won world titles in arm lifting, bench pressing, and deadlifting – one look at her makes it difficult to believe otherwise.

Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 29-year-old Russian, owns world titles in arm lifting, bench pressing, and deadlifting, and her entire lifestyle revolves around enhancing her muscular and amazing body.

Everything in her life has revolved around improving her strength so that she can lift more. Nataliya was a young woman who knew what she wanted to do with her life. According to the UK website LadBible, she started powerlifting at the age of 14 and decided to become a bodybuilder. When she started her adventure, she weighed only 80 pounds.

Today, her scale regularly reads between 246-275 pounds.

Road to celebrity

She was a really active child growing up. She enjoyed training, especially in combat sports. So, when she was 14, Nataliya began her bodybuilding career, coming to the gym virtually every day.

Natalia’s goal wasn’t to grow a mountain of muscle and compete. Instead, the primary goal of the gym sessions was to become stronger, with attending mass as a bonus.

 

After a few years, she began participating in tournaments. Nataliya was totally focused on becoming a bodybuilder, and she performed admirably in one of her first competitions.

As a 17-year-old, Nataliya weighed only 150 pounds but could bench press 220 pounds. This happened early in her career while living in Chita. She hadn’t even heard of protein shakes, let alone realized how important they were for muscular growth. Nonetheless, she achieved some astonishing outcomes.

Whether it was merely because she discovered protein or not is up for discussion, but Nataliya has won countless tournaments and established numerous records.

Nataliya, dubbed the World’s Most Muscular Woman, holds numerous records in powerlifting, bench press NAP, and deadlifting. Her bench press record exceeds 374 pounds, while her deadlift record is 530 pounds.

Nataliya holds to be the European champion in bench press and deadlift.

During the offseason, the Russian gym aficionado stands 5’7″ tall and weighs slightly more than 220lbs.

She graduated from Moscow’s State Academy of Physical Culture in 2013. She also performed in a staging of “Manon Lescaut” at Russia’s Bolshoi Theatre.

 

She now lives in the Russian capital with her bodybuilding husband, Vladislav Kuznetsov. The couple met in 2009 and married in 2015. Nataliya frequently sends heartfelt tributes to her spouse, who always supports her in whatever hardships she has in life. The couple currently has no children, but Nataliya hopes to have one in the future.

Nataliya has worked really hard throughout the years to pursue her vocation. She was virtually always broke at the beginning of her career.

It was difficult to get sponsors, so she had to pay for her own training and competition. It was difficult to acquire donations or assistance in Russia, but now that Nataliya has garnered a lot of attention and gone viral, things are looking up.

She is presently sponsored by numerous companies and works with nutrition products such as Oxytropin and RPS Nutrition.

All of this would most likely not have been possible if she hadn’t been engaged on social media – photos of her athletic body have spread like wildfire over the years. Many people have seen her visage on the Internet, but few are aware of the female goliath’s identity.

Nataliya has previously discussed the preconceived notions of others.

Some people call her ugly and use nasty terms, but she refers to them as children who cry when they meet someone stronger than themselves.

However, she values all of the affection she receives from her many followers all over the world.

Today, she has one million Instagram followers. Nataliya, as she refers to herself, is a one-of-a-kind Amazon woman who continually shares glimpses into her daily life with her fans. And, of course, her feed is jam-packed with workout suggestions and exercises.

Nataliya claimed in early 2017 that she would leave the spotlight and “retire” from powerlifting, but only one and a half years later, she returned for the next major tournament in Moscow. She also mentioned that she wanted to work as a coach and assist people in “achieving their potential.”
