In a post on Twitter, he wrote, “Clean dozen, in the books! I’m not afraid,” accompanying the image he shared. The iconic Slim Shady, who has been candid about his struggles with addiction, has consistently recognized this significant date each year with a similar photograph. He concluded his battle with substance abuse on April 20, 2008.

Currently residing in his Detroit, MI mansion with his daughter Hailie, the rapper previously struggled with an addiction to prescription medications, including Vicodin, Valium, and Ambien, even having a tablet tattooed on his left arm.
