The voting process was straightforward. The four contestants with the highest votes earned a spot in the finale. The remaining four had to battle it out in the Instant Save round, giving America one last chance to vote for their favorite.

Despite the drama, many fans were less than thrilled with how the results unfolded. Disappointment rippled through the audience, with some viewers expressing outright discontent over the outcomes.

The audience reactions to “The Voice” semifinals were as fiery as the competition itself. Social media became a battleground for fans to share their thoughts. Many didn’t hold back about what they felt was wrong with the elimination process.

One viewer expressed their disappointment, “Why, they sent the best ones home already. Haven’t watched for 4 weeks [sic].” Another vented their frustration, “I’m DONE with ‘The Voice.’ All of you let the people who can sing GO because you want to win. That’s SO wrong!”

Some were critical of the entire season. “This is the most underwhelming season I have ever watched!” a fan lamented. Another echoed, “This will be the last season I watch as it is so disappointing to see people move forward who have very little talent.”

Others were more direct, with one commenting, “Shame on the judges,” and another adding, “Show really is disappointing this season…talent just isn’t there.”

Despite the criticism, other fans sang a completely different tune, celebrating what they felt was a standout season. “Best season ever!!” one enthusiastic viewer wrote.

The coaches also had their share of admirers, with a fan calling them, “The best judges ever! I love Snoop, Reba, Gwen and Michael!” Another fan added a positive note, saying, “Great season, Great fun coaches and excellent talent. Well done.”

Christina kicked things off with a stirring rendition of “Heart Like a Truck,” prompting Snoop to remind America of the show’s country roots and vote for her. “Let’s keep it real. This show was built on that,” the rapper said.

Adam followed with “Pretty Wings,” earning high praise from Reba, “Your vocals were incredible; your range was incredible.” Jan’s emotional performance of “Gravity” moved Gwen, who called it “spiritual, incredible, and mind-blowing.”

Team Reba featured Adam Bohanan, Katie O, Edward Preble, Lauren-Michael Sellers, and Danny Joseph, each delivering standout performances. Adam offered a soulful rendition of Chris Stapleton’s “Think I’m in Love With You,” while Edward performed coach Michael BublĂ©’s arrangement of “All of Me.”

Katie O teamed up with “Yellowstone” star Lainey Wilson for a duet of her song “Hang Tight Honey.” Meanwhile, Lauren-Michael delivered a heartwarming take on Jelly Roll’s “I Am Not Okay,” and Danny turned Marvin Gaye’s classic “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” into a high-energy rock cover

Reba chose Adam and Danny to advance to the live shows from her Team. However, her decision to select them left some fans puzzled, questioning why she chose the two over other standout performers on her team.

One fan didn’t hold back, exclaiming, “LAUREN WAS ROBBED 😭💔.” Another questioned the logic behind the decisions, “Reba sending Lauren Michael home truly cost her the win. Gwen could have won with Jose and she cut him as well. What is up with these coaches choosing people who still needs [sic] help rather than actual vocalists??”

Another fan added, “Shocking beyond belief that a Country Star would pass over one of the best young Country singers ever to take The Voice stage! Simply unbelievable! đŸ˜±.”

Others expressed frustration with Reba McEntire’s choices, “Totally disagreed with Reba’s decision tonight. Others were much better. For being a country artist you didn’t even pick one. I was all for you until tonight 😞.”
